Day 5 of Phuket Trip
Wednesday, the third day of our training. Both of us still going strong and fighting fit, thanks to the super food we have been eating (more on that later). Then again, if you are eating well and having enough rest, that will do just right for training. Resting/sleeping is one of the most important part of a health you! Your body need rest to repair itself, combine with eating well, you will feel the difference.

Bua Kaw vs. Namsak Noi (Demo)
So you have read a part of my Phuket trip (by the way it’s not completed). Anyhow I have meet Namsak Noi at Rawai Muay Thai. He is like a head trainer there. He’s a very experience fighter. Lots of techniques from him.
So before I left Phuket, Tuk told us that there were a fight at Bangla Boxing Stadium featuring Yodsankai Fairtex and Buakaw. I wanted to watch but too bad, the fight is after I left Phuket.
Anyway, below is a video of the fight between Buakaw vs. Namsak Noi (demo). Enjoy!

Day 3 of Phuket Trip
18/05/2009
Monday – Our first training day. We manage to get up early enough for our breakfast, a lite on tough and we head to the training area to get some warm up. We went for a short run too, skip some rope and we started our training with 3 rounds of shadow boxing. In between rounds, we have to do push ups or sit ups and when the 3 rounds is over, we head to our respective ring designated my one of the trainer. I was paired up with Finn – the brother of Tuk (owner of Rawai Muay Thai) to do sparing. Finn is really good! Then again, this guys train since young. He thought me some technique like “fake kick” during the sparring. These technique is very useful during a fight – then again I’m not sure if I’m ever going to fight. The sparring lasted 5 rounds of 5 mins follow by push ups or sit ups in between rounds.

Day 2 of Phuket Trip
17/05/2009
Well, We woke up quite early today as we have a lot to do. The usual, we have our morning shake – no not protein, it’s a green mix super food. I really like the effect of the super food. It helps to repair me so fast that I felt enegertic all the time (more on super food some other time). After our breakfast, we head out to explore the island. We ride to Rawai Beach to have a look but it’s not really a chill out beach. It’s more like a boat park. Then we continue our exploration to Promthep Cape. The view was amazing. We can see Nai Harn beach (which we do not know how to go at that point of time).
