Muay Thai is also know for their other name “The Art of Eight Limbs” and what are the eight limbs? So you have 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 knees and 2 elbows. Elbow is one of the fundamental weapon in Muay Thai as it can cause a K.O. or a cut on your opponent face easily. Training: Hand Wrap – How to
So as most of you knows, Turtle Press is a world famous Martial Arts Publisher. They have 100s if not 1000s of books related to Martial Arts. Recently, I found that they do youtube too! So here is a “How to” youtube from Turtle Press.
The reason I choose this “How to” hand wrap thing is because when I’m in phuket during May 2009, I’ve notice a lot of Muay Thai Practitioner do not know how to wrap that hand wrap. They should watch this video then!
