My First BJJ Training

If you have been following this blog, you should have know that I’m a martial arts enthusiast. I’m currently training Muay Thai and 3 weeks ago, I started my BJJ training.

So what is BJJ? It’s a Martial Arts started in Japan and was brought to Brazil. It was then modify to it’s Brazilian form call Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Unlike Muay Thai, BJJ does not focus on striking. It’s concept is fighting on the ground, grappling and submitting your opponent. So all the time, the fight will end on the ground.

This form of Martial Arts is very new to me and it uses a total different muscle group hence my whole body felt like tearing apart.
