Yesterday you saw a video on Muay Thai elbow and today I’m going to show you another video on Muay Thai clinch and defense against a hook knee. This technique are to use when you are in a clinch and to lessen the impact of the hook knee.

So yes, you may also use this technique to do a takedown on your opponent when he is in your takedown position.

Muay Thai is also know for their other name “The Art of Eight Limbs” and what are the eight limbs? So you have 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 knees and 2 elbows. Elbow is one of the fundamental weapon in Muay Thai as it can cause a K.O. or a cut on your opponent face easily.
