Last week, there were a fight in Fight Works Asia. All the best Muay Thai Fighter gather there to compete against each other. BXG send 7 fighters to compete with other gym and the result – 5 won 2 lose. That is a very good result. For those of you who is not there, I have some video here for you.

So as most of you knows, Turtle Press is a world famous Martial Arts Publisher. They have 100s if not 1000s of books related to Martial Arts. Recently, I found that they do youtube too! So here is a “How to” youtube from Turtle Press.

The reason I choose this “How to” hand wrap thing is because when I’m in phuket during May 2009, I’ve notice a lot of Muay Thai Practitioner do not know how to wrap that hand wrap. They should watch this video then!

You may remember that I went to Rawai, Phuket, Thailand for my Muay Thai Training. “Sod” one of the trainer there who had a daught named “Boss” just had a fight at Bangla Boxing Stadium.

We are entering the fourth day of our training. The weather did not seems too good, it has been raining since the dawn and we were like “damn!”. Just as we wanted to go to the beach after our training. Well, as soon as we finish our morning training, the weather seems better. The sun is out and everything seems beautiful. So we thought we could continue our Nai Harn beach hunt. But as soon as we hit the road, it started to rain again – bad luck we have. We quickly look for a sheathed to avoid the rain.

So have you hear of Rambaa Somdet a.k.a M-16? I didn’t hear of him till the other day one of my friend told me about the crazy thai fighter. So the usual, I went online and check out about him and guess what? He is a real crazy fighter.  His craziness is not like really crazy but more like doing crazy things. He dance in the ring, tease his opponent and of cause he fight crazily well.

Wednesday, the third day of our training. Both of us still going strong and fighting fit, thanks to the super food we have been eating (more on that later). Then again, if you are eating well and having enough rest, that will do just right for training. Resting/sleeping is one of the most important part of a health you! Your body need rest to repair itself, combine with eating well, you will feel the difference.

So you have read a part of my Phuket trip (by the way it’s not completed). Anyhow I have meet Namsak Noi at Rawai Muay Thai. He is like a head trainer there. He’s a very experience fighter. Lots of techniques from him.

So before I left Phuket, Tuk told us that there were a fight at Bangla Boxing Stadium featuring Yodsankai Fairtex and Buakaw. I wanted to watch but too bad, the fight is after I left Phuket.
