MMA Light Weight Top 10 Ranking (April)

Last week I bought a FightSport® magazine and in that magazine there is a top 10 ranking for every weight category in mixed martial arts fighting. So today I will post about the ranking here.

The rank is according to the magazine FightSport® and is the April version, so there may be a latest version but I do not have it now. Till then let’s just do the best out of what we have.

Rank 10:

Kenny Florian (America) – He is from Team Sidyodtong. He earn this placement when he dominate the fight with Joe Stevenson. He will also be given a title shot against BJ Penn in the light weight division. Watch out for him.

Rank 9:

Tatsuya Kawajiri (Japan) – He is from Team T-Blood.

Rank 8:

Gesias Cavalcante (Brazil) – He is from Team ATT.

Rank 7:

Joachim Hansen (Norway) – He is from Team Hellboy.

Rank 6:

Josh Thomson (American) – He is from Team AKA.

Rank 5:

Satoru Kitaoka (Japan) – He is from Team Nippon TT.

Rank 4:

Eddie Alvarez (America) – He is from Team Fight Factory.

Rank 3:

Sean Sherk (America) – He is from Team MMAA.

Rank 2:

BJ Penn (America) – He is from Team Penn.

Rank 1:

Shinya Aoki (Japan) – He is from Team Nippon TT.

There you have, The Top 10 Rank in the light weight category. Next will be the welter weight category, so stay tune.
