My Muay Thai Experience

Hi there! I have been training Muay Thai for about 5 months now. I loving it more and more. The amount of cardio, strength training it gives me is one of a kind. I use to be really fat with no muscle, but now I’m looking good. I will post some picture of myself before and after Muay Thai Training.

I started training Muay Thai in Jan 09 at this gym called BXGFitness in Singapore. To me BXG is a no frills gym. It does not have beautiful decor, the place is not very big but it has all it take to training good fighter. There are both Singaporean and Thai instructors. All of them are very experience and very helpful when comes to Muay Thai training.

I only train once a week. Mainly weekday but I do other training myself. I will try to run everyday, or at least 4-5 times a week. I also cycle. I will practise my shadow boxing as well. I’m trying to get a pair of kick pad, so I can do more pad works training at home.

Other than training, I also begin to eat well. Less carb, more protein, more fiber. A lot of fruits and vegetables. I’m also eating some supplements that helps me stay in top shape when I train.

Next week, I will be going to Thailand for training. I will be at Rawai Muay Thai Camp so if you are there next week, let me know. Or if you are not there, you can help spread the words by tell a friend. :)

Train Hard!
